Cancel renewal in the app's Subscriptions section. Your subscription continues until the end of the paid period. A compatible Tado account and hardware are required; Tado subscriptions are separate. Checkout is available once billing is enabled.

Built around your Tado.

Designed for the older Tado V3 / V3+ platform. Tado X is not currently supported. An existing compatible Tado account and devices are required.

Collection frequency, historical coverage and remote controls depend on connectivity, Tado's API availability and your account's request allowance. Auto-Assist accounts may support more frequent collection.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Shared only by invitation.

Households have separate data and permissions. Invite a viewer, editor or administrator, and manage their access in the app.

You can request deletion of your app data. Limited identity, billing and security audit records may be retained; external providers apply their own retention policies.
